You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your order confirmation or receipt
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team
5. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or clearance items
